Treat Insomnia

Having good, restful nights sleep is very restorative to the body and mind and aids in high functioning of activity during the day. However, some people experience sleeping difficulty and patterns.

There are three types of Insomnia – transient, where the inability to have a full restful sleep happens over the course of a week – acute, where the disturbance continues for under a period of a month and chronic, where the symptoms continue for an indefinite period of time.

Insomnia can be triggered by a myriad of reasons such as stress and anxiety, trauma or poor diet and exercise regimes.
