Q. Is Complementary Therapy really safe?

A. Yes, Complementary therapies have a long and fruitful history. It’s entirely holistic and therefore works in harmony and treats the person as a whole with emphasis on the interconnectedness of mind and body. The treatments are specifically created on an individual basis and therefore all relevant information relating to the particular problem will be integrated to address the most suitable therapy for you.
It is advised to contact your local G.P if you are pregnant or receiving medication before undertaking any treatment.

Q. How many treatments will I need to have?

A. There will be an initial consultation with the therapist prior to any treatment where she will discern the appropriate course of action and this will be discussed with you. As each person will have individual needs there are no fixed lower or upper limits to the amount of treatments required. However it is recommended to have a minimum of 3 sessions per month.

Q. What will I feel after a complementary therapy session?

A. The results will be noticed immediately, you can expect to feel a sense of inner peace and calm. It is advised to drink water and not do anything too strenuous after receiving your treatment.

Q. Can I receive the complementary therapy at home?

A. Yes. Arrangements can be made for you to receive any of the complementary therapies in the comfort of your own home.

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

A. Please give 24hrs notice if you need to make a cancellation. This can be done by phone or email.
